New Film Images From Entertainment Weekly

Entertainment Weekly currently has a showcase of images from the big films coming out in 2009. Of particular interest are the below images from Terminator Salvation, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Up, Where the Wilds Things Are, Watchmen, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Land of the Lost. Of all those films and the ones featured at EW, I think I’m most interested in Terminator Salvation at this point, although Watchmen is running a close second. The Harry Potter films have been very fun so far, but I just don’t feel the need to see it opening day. Land of the Lost could be very interesting, but the original is a childhood favorite, so if they turn it into a typical Will Ferrell farce I may be highly disappointed. Anyhoo, peep the photos below and check out the full article over at Entertainment Weekly.

The ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’ Trailer Has Arrived

Finally, a high quality, real full trailer for X-Men Origins: Wolverine. I don’t know, I think I’m still on the fence about this one. Lots of pretty pictures, but I just don’t know about the interpretations of Gambit and some of the other characters. The dialogue and story snippets from this trailer also leave me being kind of wary. I’ll definitely see it, I just really like the character and don’t want to have to pan his first solo film. Although, can it really be any worse than the third X-Men film?
