SDCC 2011: William Shatner’s EpiX Q & A

William Shatner was in San Diego at Comic-Con 2011 to promote his new documentary The Captains, along with Avery Brooks and Scott Bakula. The folks hosting the event, EPiX, recorded a Q & A with the original Captain Kirk and have kindly made it available to embed. The Captains will be released in October and features Shatner interviewing the other actors who have played Captains in the Star Trek series and movies, including Bakula, Patrick Stewart, Brooks, Kate Mulgrew and Chris Pine.

Doctor Who returns Saturday, August 27 on BBC America with “Let’s Kill Hitler” and there was a new trailer shown at Comic-Con 2011 to tease things. Here you go:

SDCC 2011: Awake Panel

After Detective Michael Britten wakes up from a car accident with his wife and teenage son, he learns the devastating news that his wife died in the crash. Trying to put the pieces of his life back together, he wakes up a few days later to realize that his wife is very much alive and his son died in the accident! Did he lose his wife or his son? Or neither of them??

Awake stars Jason Isaacs, Laura Allen, Dylan Minnette, Steve Harris, Wilmer Valderrama, Michaela McManus, Cherry Jones and B.D. Wong and premieres on NBC mid season.
