The first big news just announced in the panel is the the TV series now has a new title. It will now be called Legend of the Seeker. It was felt, mostly by Terry Goodkind, that it was more fitting to name the series with an over-all title instead of just the first novel in the series.

SECOND UPDATE: New casting additions: Jay Laga’aia (Captain Typho in the recent Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith) as Chase. Bruce Spence (Road Warrior) as Zeddicus Zu’l Zorander. Craig Parker (Haldir of Lórien in The Lord of the Rings trilogy) as Darken Rahl.
