We’re a bit late on posting this, but I still wanted to make certain that everyone had a chance to view what could be the Next Great Fighting Game. Super Smash Brothers? I think not. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, courtesy of Midway Games.
There isn’t much yet known about the game, but we were able to dig up the following info:
- It will be released for X Box 360 and Playstation 3. No word yet on a PC release.
- Announced characters are Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Superman and Batman. This list will obviously grow significantly.
- There is rumored to be no fatalities in the game. That makes sense, considering that Midway is including some very iconic characters into the MK universe… characters that have a large following among a much younger audience.
We’ll post more info, including added characters and a storyline, once we receive it. Until then, enjoy the trailer!
