According to Variety, Keira Knightley is set to star in a new sci-fi thriller from director Mark Romanek (One Hour Photo). Never Let Me Go is being scripted by Alex Garland (28 Weeks Later) from a novel by Kazuo Ishiguro (The Remains Of The Day). DNA Films will produce with Fox Searchlight distributing and production is slated to begin in April. The story “revolves around a trio who grew up in a boarding school with no contact or knowledge of the outside world until they discover they are clones grown for the sole purpose of organ donation.” I will be interested to see how this one progresses.
