More Guest Stars For Eureka 4.5

Eureka has had not only one of the coolest twists of any TV show this season, but a very impressive array of guest-stars. When the hit series returns in 2011 for the second half of season four, there will be even more familiar faces popping up to join in the fun. Eureka has already been renewed for a fifth season, so I am really interested to see where things are left at the end of this season and what, if anything, gets resolved. Most likely, much more wacky hijinks are about to ensue and that’s as it should be. Here are the details from Syfy regarding the new guest-stars:

Syfy’s hit original series Eureka has added to its growing list of guest stars for the second half of the show’s 4th season. Wallace Shawn (Toy Story features, Gossip Girl), Dave Foley (NewsRadio, Kids in the Hall) and Aaron Douglas (Battlestar Galactica) join previously announced guest stars Wil Wheaton, Felicia Day, Ming-Na, and Stan Lee. Season 4.5 of Eureka will air on Syfy in 2011 (return date TBA).

Wallace Shawn will portray Warren Hughes, a relationship auditor sent to Eureka to shadow and report on Jack Carter (Colin Ferguson) and Allison Blake (Salli Richardson- Whitfield). Aaron Douglas appears as Ray, the exuberant leader of “Galaxy Camp.” And Dave Foley will appear in the season 4.5 finale as Drew Plotkin, a former weapons specialist turned eco-scientist whose research may be wreaking havoc in Eureka.

A holiday episode of Eureka will premiere on Tuesday, December 7 at 9:00 PM as part of Syfy’s first-ever “Christmas Week.” This special episode will feature guest stars Chris Parnell (30 Rock, Saturday Night Live) and former series regular Matt Frewer as Taggert.
