As we previously reported, thanks to a co-production deal with BBC America Primeval will be returning to TV for two new series starting next year. Details have leaked here and there, but now, with filming having wrapped on series four, we have the first photo of the cast. A mix of the old and the new, the photo features returning cast members Hannah Spearritt as Abby Maitland, Andrew-Lee Potts as Connor Temple, Ben Mansfield as Captain Becker and newcomers Ciarán McMenamin as Matt and Ruth Kearney as Jess. Not pictured are Ben Miller (James Lester), Lucy Brown (reportedly returning, but as Jenny Lewis or Claudia Brown remains to be seen) and Alexander Siddig (playing scientist Phillip Burton).
