SIEGE #4

Let me preface this by saying, if you spend a lot of time building up a character and expect this huge, epic battle with said character and a group of heroes and it ends like this, you leave the audience really shaking their heads and saying a good and strong, “WTF?”
Coming in from issue #3, we already knew that Norman was defeated, so now it’s just a matter of taking care of ol’ Bob Reynolds and then we can start the “Heroic Age” with 4 Avengers books. That ending was about as eventful as a trip to a 90 year old prostitute’s house.
The highlight of this book, and I’m sorry ahead of time, *SPOILER ALERT* is Steve Rogers is no longer Captain America, he is Captain Steve Rogers, and he is in charge of what I can only assume is SHIELD.
Thank you Brian Michael Bendis for getting my hopes up for a battle that would stand the test of time, only to see how you can use a Helicarrier as a bullet. Thank you so very much
(yeah, sarcasm. It’s truly a gift)
