I have no problem stating that the following news makes me as giddy as a schoolboy. The 1979-1981 Buck Rogers TV series was one of my favorite shows as a kid, so reading the news that the star of that series, Gil Gerard, is joining the Cawley Entertainment/Retro Films production Buck Rogers in the 25th Century is very welcome news indeed! Also upping the coolness factor is the news that Erin Gray, Wilma Deering in the previously mentioned series, is also joining the cast! Ms. Deering and Mr. Gerard will be playing Buck Rogers parents. This is almost too good to be true and I eagerly look forward to this new web series.
