Weta has announced the latest from their Doctor Who series of collectible helmets. The Industrial Welding Mask, is the third in the series of six Doctor Who inspired helmets they will be crafting. The Industrial Welding mask is the creation of Weta model maker and Doctor Who fan, David Tremont.
