The teaser poster for the new X-Files film. The latest adventure for Mulder and Skully will be released July 25th and rumor is there will be a trailer attached to Iron Man. Also, despite being billed as a stand alone adventure not tied to the show’s complex mythology, Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz revealed on Wednesday that the story will remain true to how the show ended and will take place in present day showing where Mulder and Skully at this point in their lives. The television series ended with the two former FBI agents on the run, so it will be interesting to see what has transpired for them over the last six years.
